As an On-Site Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to our operations team, ensuring that all activities comply with local and international laws and regulations. You will work closely with our regional legal team to develop and implement strategies that protect our business interests and mitigate legal risks.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide legal advice and support to the operations team, ensuring compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to protect the company's interests and mitigate legal risks.
• Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring that they are fair, legally binding, and in the best interests of the company.
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and operational excellence.
• Monitor and report on legal developments that may impact the company's operations.
• Provide training and guidance to the operations team on legal matters.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings when necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with legal developments and trends in the industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a legal role, with a focus on regulatory compliance and contract management.
• Strong knowledge of local and international laws and regulations, particularly those applicable to the operations sector.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Filipino.
• Experience working in a multinational or cross-border environment is a plus.
