📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle accounts receivable, including follow-ups and collections.
- Conduct reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Prepare and submit financial reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Stay updated with the latest financial software and tools.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Proficient in using financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
