📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks and Excel.
- Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support the accounting team by assisting with month-end closing processes.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Maintain and update financial documentation, including contracts and invoices.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
- Ensure all financial records are backed up and stored securely.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a trading or finance environment.
- Proficient in using QuickBooks, Excel, and PDF software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
