📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor cash flow to ensure timely payments and receipts.
• Verify and reconcile financial transactions using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Process and manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Handle cashier duties, including counting and depositing cash.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other reporting requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or cashier roles.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
