As a Business Analyst at Lean Solutions Group, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using tools like Microsoft Visio and Lucidchart.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements using JIRA and Confluence.
• Develop and maintain detailed business process documentation and flowcharts.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers and IT teams.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired outcomes.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of business solutions to ensure they meet performance metrics.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
• Experience with business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and Lucidchart.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
