📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and execute promotional events, including product launches, trade shows, and in-store activations.
• Coordinate with regional sales teams to ensure seamless execution of promotional activities.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage a team of promoters, providing training and support to ensure high performance.
• Utilize CRM and event management software to track and optimize promotional campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales promotion, event coordination, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing promotional events.
• Strong understanding of CRM and event management software, including Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
