📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain accurate and detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD and other CAD software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet project requirements.
• Review and approve drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Prepare construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Utilize 3D modeling software to create realistic visualizations of projects.
• Assist in the development and implementation of project schedules and budgets.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the CAD field.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CAD operations, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, with experience in Revit and other CAD software a plus.
• Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
