📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily resort operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Coordinate with various departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, front office, and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Manage staff schedules, performance, and training to maintain high standards of service.
• Implement and monitor operational procedures to optimize resource utilization and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the resort management team to develop and execute strategic initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, vendors, and local community partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry, with a focus on luxury resorts.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and operations in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
• Proficiency in using operational management software, such as Opera, Cvent, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of local regulations and industry best practices in the hospitality sector.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
