As an MQE at Samtec Asia Pacific, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing operations, working closely with production teams to implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures. You'll utilize industry-standard tools like Minitab, Six Sigma, and APQP to analyze data, identify trends, and propose actionable improvements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement quality control plans and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
• Conduct process capability studies (CPK) and statistical process control (SPC) to monitor and improve product quality.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on defects and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Train and mentor production teams on quality standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure consistent quality of incoming materials and components.
• Utilize data analytics tools to track quality metrics and generate reports for management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Kaizen events and 5S audits.
• Ensure compliance with international quality standards, including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing quality engineering, with a strong background in electronics or related industries.
• Certifications in Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in quality control tools and software, including Minitab, APQP, and FMEA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for on-site audits and training.
