📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms, including Shopify and our company website.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online sales.
• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance our online sales channels.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our e-commerce initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital commerce.
• Provide training and support to the sales team on the use of our e-commerce platforms.
• Work closely with our IT department to ensure the smooth operation of our e-commerce systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies, including Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the steel industry is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
