Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
• Use Zoho Desk to log and track customer issues, providing updates and solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and support to new team members.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in customer service.
• Work with Google Workspace to manage customer data and communications.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian.
• Proficiency in using Zoho Desk and Google Workspace.
