📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create and deliver training materials, including manuals, presentations, and workshops.,Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
