📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting outbound and inbound telemarketing calls to promote our products and services.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing customers.,Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.,Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.,Providing regular reports on sales activities and customer interactions.,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve company goals.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.,Attending training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or a similar sales role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian (both written and spoken).,English language skills are a plus.
