📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.,Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage a team and drive sales growth.,Experience with inventory management and POS systems is a plus.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations is essential.,Familiarity with Indonesian market trends and consumer behavior is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
