📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and productivity.,Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
