📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing direct patient care according to established protocols and standards,Assisting healthcare professionals with patient assessments, treatments, and procedures,Maintaining a clean and organized work environment,Assisting with the preparation and administration of medications,Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any changes to healthcare providers,Participating in staff meetings and contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives,Assisting with patient education and support,Performing other duties as assigned by the healthcare team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience as a healthcare assistant, nurse's aide, or similar role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment,Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures,Familiarity with HIPAA and other healthcare privacy regulations,Valid certification or license as a healthcare assistant or nurse's aide,Ability to lift and move patients as needed
