Quick Diamond Nusantara is looking for a talented Operational Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance our operations. This is a remote position, but you will be required to be based in Parepare. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company,Ensure that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently,Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions,Work closely with the team to achieve operational goals,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations,Manage and mentor the operational team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Strong background in process improvement and lean methodologies,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
