PT Sumber Terang is seeking a dedicated and efficient Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, ensuring smooth operations in the restaurant, and providing excellent customer service. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our restaurant.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.,Handle cash and card payments, ensuring accurate and timely processing.,Assist in opening and closing the cash register, including bank deposits.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cash and related supplies.,Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner.,Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a restaurant or retail environment.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using basic computer software and hardware.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
