📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, including tax calculations and deductions.,Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for decision-making.,Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.,Monitor and control financial transactions to prevent errors and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.,Stay updated with the latest accounting trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the company's financial health.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.,Familiarity with payroll processing and tax regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
