PRIMA Sejahtera is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Purchasing Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our purchasing processes to ensure the company meets its supply needs efficiently and cost-effectively. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the purchasing department, ensuring all procurement activities are conducted efficiently and in compliance with company policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to optimize purchasing strategies and reduce costs.,Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery performance.,Prepare and analyze purchasing reports to provide insights for decision-making.,Ensure all purchasing activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement and supply chain operations.,Implement and monitor purchasing policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using purchasing software and tools.,Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and regulations.
