📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cashier operations, including cash handling, bank deposits, and financial reporting.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient payments and insurance claims.,Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.,Oversee the training and development of junior cashiers.,Monitor and maintain cashier equipment and supplies.,Resolve any cash handling discrepancies or issues promptly.,Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a healthcare or financial environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using cash register systems and financial software.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus.,Familiarity with healthcare billing and insurance processes is a plus.
