📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing technical support to employees and resolving IT-related issues,Maintaining and troubleshooting computer hardware and software,Installing and configuring new software and hardware,Monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure,Ensuring the security and integrity of our IT systems,Providing training and support to new employees,Assisting in the planning and implementation of IT projects,Maintaining accurate records of IT assets and inventory

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software,Familiarity with network infrastructure and security best practices,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical skills: proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systemsfamiliarity with networking protocolsknowledge of IT security best practicesSoft skills: excellent communication and interpersonal skillsability to work independently and as part of a teamstrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
