📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the department.

Manage and mentor a team of professionals.

Develop and implement departmental strategies.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Monitor departmental performance and report to senior management.

Handle departmental budget and financial planning.

Coordinate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Represent the department in meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.

Proven track record of success in a similar position.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in using office software and tools.

Familiarity with local business practices and regulations.

Ability to travel for business purposes.
