📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using retail management software and other relevant tools.
  • Familiarity with the retail industry in Indonesia and Bali is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
