This role is crucial in overseeing the construction and development of our hospitality projects in Bali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, construction, and hospitality, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and development of hospitality projects from inception to completion.,Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide regular progress reports to senior management.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of work are maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, construction, or a related field.,Proven experience in overseeing hospitality development projects.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Bali.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
