In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all financial and accounting activities, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and taxation, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Manage and oversee the accounting and financial reporting processes.,Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and advice to support business decision-making.,Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.,Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting.,Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and tax laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, and taxation.,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and Indonesian tax laws.,Proficiency in using accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis tools.
