📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.,Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.,Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the sales team to improve performance and achieve targets.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.,Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and tactics.,Train and mentor sales team members on data-driven decision-making and best practices.,Participate in sales meetings and presentations to share insights and drive actionable outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Sales Analyst or similar role, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or retail environment.,Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.,Experience with e-commerce platforms and sales channel management is a plus.,Certifications in data analysis or sales analytics are a plus.
