📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the logistics team, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right amount of stock to meet customer demand.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency in our supply chain operations.
• Monitor and analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the logistics team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.
• Proven experience in managing a team of logistics officers.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software such as SAP, JDA, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and industry standards.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
