📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Leading and managing a team of employees to ensure high performance and productivity.,Developing and implementing team training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Monitoring team performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and project completion.,Maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork and innovation.,Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members.,Participating in company meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in any field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or team management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Experience in a similar role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.,Previous experience in a multinational company is a plus.,Possession of a valid SIM (Indonesian Identification Card) and NPWP (Tax Identification Number).
