📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and components.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and components.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and drawings.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the mechanical engineering field.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of CAD software and mechanical design principles.
  • Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
