📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing training and support to ensure they meet their targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers to drive repeat business and referrals.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a coordinated approach to sales and customer service.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network with potential clients and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with sales software and tools, such as CRM systems.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Willingness to travel to clients and attend industry events.
