📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and mentor junior data analysts, ensuring they develop their skills and contribute effectively to projects.
  • Develop and implement data analysis strategies to support business objectives.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Create and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Stay updated with the latest data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Participate in data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Provide training and support to improve data analysis capabilities within the organization.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of leading projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
