Dispatch and General Worker - Manufacturing & Logistics Support

As a Dispatch and General Worker, you will be at the heart of our operations, managing the flow of materials, coordinating with drivers and warehouse staff, and ensuring that our manufacturing and transport processes run seamlessly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate the dispatch of materials and finished goods to various locations.
• Work closely with drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials at the warehouse and transport hubs.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.
• Perform general maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse and transport facilities.
• Assist in the organization and storage of materials to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
• Support the warehouse supervisor in any additional tasks as required.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and dispatch systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with using warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Valid driver's license is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
