Tanggung Jawab:
Assist in department operations and support team members with their daily tasks.Provide excellent customer service in Mandarin to both internal and external stakeholders.Manage and maintain department records and files.Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.Assist in organizing and participating in team meetings and events.Perform other duties as assigned by the department manager.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.Good communication and interpersonal skills.🛠️ Keahlian
