📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training and support as needed.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of products.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the automotive or retail industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of the automotive spare parts industry is a plus.
