📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders.,Monitor branch finances, including budgeting and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.,Continuously seek opportunities for growth and development for the branch.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with local business practices and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
